A luxury global brand says it is set to build a network of branches across the country after buying a majority stake in a boutique agency in London.
BARNES has acquired a majority stake in Hanover Private Office from founder Alex Newall and co-director Nick Wiszowaty.
The price of the deal has not been disclosed.
The firm will now be rebranded as BARNES Private Office, with the aim of building branches across London and the UK, specialising in the luxury market.
BARNES was founded in 1996 by Heidi Barnes with offices in London, Paris and Miami, and now has over 60 outlets across Europe, the USA, and the Caribbean and Indian Ocean regions.
