Century 21 has announced that it is offering UK-based estate agencies the opportunity to list their properties on Century 21 Global, the brand’s global listings site.
This new offering is driven in part by the growing number of UK property sales to overseas buyers and recent increase in immigration to the UK for study and work.
Nick Faulkner, Century 21 UK managing director, said: “Since I acquired the business two years ago, I have spent a great amount of time with the Century 21 franchise teams around the world. Through conversations about property trends and insights, it struck me how truly global this business is.”
Century 21 is an internationally renowned brand with a presence in 86 countries. The global listings website has around 750,000 listings at any one time with 400,000 visitors every month.
Faulkner added: “The global listings offering is designed for UK estate agents who want to attract more international buyers and renters, whether this is through relocations, international students or overseas investment. If they’re wondering why they should pay to co-brand with another agent, it simply comes down to global brand presence – we can put their properties in front of a global audience. The Century 21 brand is known and trusted around the world and we’re already attracting an international client-base”.
The global listings offering is being led by the Century 21 UK team.
