This year’s Propertymark One, to be held at the Excel in London on 13 June 2025, will feature a diverse range of breakout sessions, which will provide insight on topics across the industry, Propertymark has confirmed.
Sessions include a Lettings Legal Update where the expert panel, including Kevin Hollinrake, shadow Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, will discuss the potential challenges, difficulties and opportunities facing the rental sector. They will look to focus on the Renter’s Rights Bill implementation and how it will affect running your businesses and help your customers through the changes.
Attendees can also look to join in on its Building a Strong Culture for Success session where its esteemed panel will discuss their thoughts and journeys and how they have combatted obstacles.
For auctioneers, the Bang your Own Gavel will discuss how you can make more money from auctions or if you’re working in inventories and are looking to find out the best processes and practices to help you combat any worries from a practitioner and suppliers’ perspective, the importance of good inventories session is for you.

Business owners can also reap the rewards of hearing from marketing, content and business experts by attending Propertymark’s Increase Your Fee and Pipeline session, which will deep dive into ways of increasing revenue in your business with some outstanding tips and practices.
Further sessions include Burnout to Balance: How to Thrive in the Property Industry where the experienced panel will discuss how to stay resilient and avoid burnout while building successful careers in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and demanding industry.
As well as the bespoke breakout sessions, huge names will be entering the stage to give an array of insight and knowledge, such as Daisy McAndrew, Dr Elaine Kasket, Kirstie Alsopp and Professor Steve Peters.
