From health and performance to tax-efficiency, free event targets self-employed estate agents

A self-employed estate agency boss is putting on a free event to show his agents how to achieve health, wealth and happiness in 2025.

The Experts Group’s Business Success Summit is taking place on Wednesday 8th January at the ICC in Birmingham.

Group founder and CEO, Sean Newman, wants to start the year off with a bang and believes health and happiness are more important than money.

“I see too many entrepreneurs chasing money, often at the expense of their health and happiness,” he said. “I know if our team are happy and healthy they will be even more successful in business”

The event will feature a number of speakers, including Daniel Priestley, entrepreneur and author; Paul McGee (The Sumo Guy) who will provide tools and principles to equip people to deal with work and life challenges; Billy Harris (Biohacker Billy), a health and performance coach and David Baldwin (accountant) who will be advising on setting up a tax-efficient business.

Other speakers include Newman, himself, talking about setting and achieving goals, Jon Hanford from Fine & Country discussing business planning and Samantha Thornicroft, managing director of The Marketing Experts, who will give advice on the rhythmic acquisition of customers.

The event is open to over 250 entrepreneurs within The Experts Group who run their own business under brands such as The Property Experts, The Letting Experts, The Mortgage Experts, The Recruitment Experts and The Auction Experts.

Newman added: “My aim is to help our business partners make 2025 their best year ever, not just in business but in all areas of their life, including health, finance and relationships. This event will provide practical tips and advice to help them achieve this.”

“We are already planning another event in June and anyone who would like to start their own business under one of The Experts Group brands will be welcome to attend that event.”
