A French estate agent is once again recruiting in the UK, looking for experienced recruits who want a change of lifestyle, scenery and weather.
Beaux Villages Immobilier is keen to hear from experienced property professionals who might wish to explore a new life – and says that ahead of the final Brexit negotiations, now might be the time to make the move.
Last month, BVI was named Best Estate Agent in Europe at the IPAX awards, narrowly missing the international award.
Rob Longley of BVI, and himself from the UK, said: “The team is made up of many nationalities with a range of experience and includes high-flyers and the career-minded to more lifestyle-focused working.
“Spoken French is always an advantage, but not essential, as there is a vibrant ex-pat market.
“Most agents work commission-only and many earn very well, by any standards.”
He said of the current Brexit-minded market that some ex-pats are desperate to sell up and return to the UK, whereas others are in a hurry to buy. He said: “It’s certainly the case that Brexit polarises our world, just as much as anyone else’s.”
BVI is exhibiting at a property event at Olympia, London, on January 25. Anyone interested in meeting up for a chat can ask for free tickets to the French Property Exhibition by emailing tracey.peralta@beauxvillages.com
