Webinar to inform agents of new rental protection insurance product

Vouch will host a free webinar tomorrow offering insight into how agents could potentially generate revenue through its rental protection insurance product.

The live webinar, which will take place on Tuesday at 2pm, will focus on their rental protection insurance product.

The event will see Vouch’s business development lead, Mike Delap, introduce the new rental protection product, and will talk through how customers are able to purchase it.

Delap will be joined by Lee Redfearn, insurance development manager at Goodlord, who will then go into more detail about how the product works, what it covers and how it can potentially benefit landlords and agents.

The hour-long event will then conclude with a Q&A session, where viewers will be able to put their questions and queries to the experts directly.

The Vouch Rental Protection Insurance, delivered in partnership with Goodlord, pays out until vacant possession is granted, and is designed to protect against the risk of a tenant not paying their rent, breaching their agreement or damaging the property.

Vouch says that it has also enhanced its claims process to manage the latest changes in legislation and provide users with greater support.

Delap commented: “Our key priority with our rental protection insurance is to ensure that our agents can offer landlords market-leading coverage that minimises risk in the face of uncertainty. Despite the market settling down following the initial impact of the pandemic, we’re were aware that landlords were still seeing long delays before getting their properties back. This just highlights further the need for the right kind of protection to be in place.

“It’s our priority to deliver a rent protection insurance product that ensures letting agents and landlords can continue to manage their portfolios with confidence. We look forward to welcoming our customers to the webinar on Tuesday.”
