A free conference for estate agents has been announced.

The Video Technology in Estate Agency Conference, VIDEA, will be held on September 16 at the British Film Institute on London’s Southbank.

It will showcase the latest developments in video technology from an agency perspective and is sponsored by Ravensworth, Reapit, Samsung, Rateragent, VOX and Property Industry Eye.

The conference will feature the latest ways in which agents can deliver property details using walk-through and drone technology.

It will also show how video can be used for a number of purposes, including qualifying buyers, gaining testimonials, providing instant viewing feedback, promoting open houses, confirming appointments, and generating instructions.

Award-winning estate agency trainer Richard Rawlings will be hosting the event, which will be followed by a light lunch.

While the event – including lunch – is free to attend, places are limited to a maximum of three delegates per agency.
