Foxtons has announced the opening of two new offices this autumn, bringing its total network to 51 throughout London and Surrey.

The Tooting office opened its doors on Saturday, with Wapping due to open next weekend.

Both new offices form part of Foxtons’ expansion plans across London.

Sales and lettings managers for the Tooting office will be Brad Slade and Jon Woods, while Wapping will be run by Scott West and Elliot Hancox.

As is Foxtons’ norm, both new branches will be offering 0% commission rates while they establish themselves.

* Foxtons share price has taken a dive this year. From a high of 402p in February, it ended last week at 222.80p.
