Foxtons about to open two new offices as it pledges to continue expansion

Foxtons is to open two new London offices in February.

The new branches in Wembley and Wood Green will bring the total number of the company’s offices to 67.

Last year the firm – which warned on profits – said it would be scaling back on the rate of its branch expansion.

However, the firm said that the latest new launches are in line with its organic growth strategy that aims to continue strategic expansion of its network of branches throughout London and the home counties.

At both new offices, Foxtons will be offering 0% deals to its first sellers and landlords. Vendors will be able to sell their property without having to pay a commission, while landlords will have the option to get free lettings and property management for the first year.

Andrew Weir, Foxtons sales managing director, said: “We are thrilled to be continuing our planned expansion with the launch of our new London offices.

“Last year saw us proving our commitment to customer service by achieving an average rating of 4.6 out of 5 across all of our branches on Google reviews and the highest rating of 5 stars on Trustpilot.

“We are now looking forward to offering the best of our service, knowledge and expertise in the property market to the local residents of Wembley and Wood Green.”

The new Wembley branch will open its doors on February 11 and the Wood Green office is set to open on February 25.

not too sure if Wood Green or Wembley fits the brand IMHO

If anyone has lived in Wood Green (which I have done), not too sure if it will be well received.
