    With all their faffing with the floorplan, looks like they forgot the EPC.

    oh dear, check out Cambridge Street Oldham OTM with them! Snowy garden shots on a new development! Although as I am not from Oldham, I am sorry if the weather is still a tad colder there. Shnow excuse in my opinion.

    What are the daft little lines going round some of the rooms? And I just LOVE the shot going down the stairs with the chunk of wall paper missing…

      I was just thinking exactly the same thing. What on earth are those little lines going round the room? Is it airflow or something?

      I suspect this floorplan has been produced with the App MagicPlan. The odd little lines are the footsteps of the agent/owner moving from corner to corner where they put their phone to show the room.

      Neat little app from my experience but wouldn’t dream of using it for professional marketing.
