Fixflo’s repairs and maintenance software and Reapit’s AgencyCloud CRM software have joined forces to introduce a new “out-of-the-box” integration, designed to eliminate the need to manually enter data or upload documents by automatically carrying updates from one platform to the other.
It is designed to allow users to track real-time updates on maintenance issues directly in AgencyCloud, synchronise property records in AgencyCloud with their corresponding Fixflo records, and automatically update costs and invoices in AgencyCloud when a maintenance item is closed in Fixflo.
From works order creation to landlord approval to contractor invoices, relevant updates on Fixflo can be tracked in AgencyCloud, allowing everyone in the agency to view maintenance progress and eliminate siloing.
