Fixflo buys Help me Fix to boost AI capabilities

Fixflo and its parent company, Aareon, have acquired Help me Fix, a UK-based platform specialising in AI-powered repair diagnostics and video triage. The acquisition includes Aidenn, Help me Fix’s AI assistant designed to support property managers in handling repairs and maintenance.

The move follows a prior partnership between the two companies, which demonstrated measurable time and cost efficiencies for property professionals.

The acquisition strengthens Aareon’s AI capabilities, integrating real-time video diagnostics and task automation into its wider property management offering. Aidenn is currently used across various sectors, including social housing, private rentals, and housebuilding.

Fixflo said the acquisition marks a step forward in its use of AI to support property professionals and improve operational efficiency.

Ettan Bazil, CEO and Founder of Help me Fix, said: “Joining the Aareon Group marks an exciting new chapter for the business. Aareon’s scale, vision and deep sector expertise make it the ideal partner to take our solutions to the next level, creating exciting possibilities – for our customers, for the housing sector and for how the entire industry approaches repairs and resident engagement.”

Rachael Baig, UK MD of Aareon, added: “We’re pleased to welcome Help me Fix as part of our growth story, adding to our expanding suite of solutions. By embedding AI diagnostics and video triage into our products, we’re reinforcing our commitment to supporting housing providers optimise resources, improve service delivery, and place
tenants at the heart of every interaction.”
