teclet, the modular lettings and CRM platform, has teamed up with Fixflo, the specialist repairs and maintenance management software, to provide a new “one stop” integrated solution for lettings agency and property management users.

From tenant’s issue reporting to “date ladder” monitoring of maintenance tasks, the integration enables everything to be handled within teclet. It will also keep landlords updated, automating tasks for the agent or property manager and, when integrated with a client accounting provider, it provides a complete “end to end” solution that manages both tasks and finances seamlessly.
