AgentOS, the CRM software platform for letting agents, now fully integrates with Fixflo, the market-leading repairs and maintenance management system.
The seamless connection enables agents and occupiers to report an issue in Fixflo and have all the information automatically copied to agentOS, eliminating data re-entry and repetitive admin.
Without leaving agentOS, property managers can see anything added through Fixflo, from details of the problem to job statuses, supporting documentation, photos and even supplier invoices.
All property, occupier, landlord and contractor information automatically transfers from agentOS to Fixflo, ensuring data consistency. Users don’t have to deal with conflicting or incomplete records, and property managers have fast, reliable access to the information they need to fix issues and keep all parties informed.
Lewis Bray, Head of Partnerships at Fixflo, says:
“We’re really excited to be able to launch this full integration with agentOS.
“We’ve had an integration in place for years, which has been used successfully by many letting agents, and this enhanced integration shows both companies’ continued commitment to allowing agents to digitise, become more efficient, and provide a better experience to their customers through the use of both our platforms.”
Jez Lee, Head of Sales and Partnerships at agentOS, says:
“This is a long awaited enhancement to the integration that we’ve had for many years with our friends at Fixflo. Our mutual clients will benefit from the seamless synchronisation of data between both platforms, leading to significant time savings and greater efficiency.
“Automation is at the heart of what we’re doing at agentOS right now and this is a fantastic example of how we will continue to work with our valued partners.”
