An estate agency in Spain is looking for Brits to join it as it expands.
The Spanish Estate Agent is looking for a hands-on sales manager plus an equity partner.
The business was set up in the town of Estepona on the Costa del Sol three years ago. The office, which overlooks the beach and sea, has now opened two more offices, in Calahonda and Marbella.
A second language would be a plus, but is not critical. However, a solid track record in successful estate agency is.
The business was set up by Rob Longley, who grew up in Fleet, Hampshire, but is now based in France where he runs the equally successful Beaux Villages Immobilier.
Longley says the housing market on the Costa del Sol is currently very strong.
“The Brits have carried on buying, although we are as busy or busier with other nationalities,” he said.
“The common language is English – and we find that service trumps hard-sell.”
