Fine & Country has launched a Partner Agent Programme in Prime Central London, aimed at self-employed estate agents. The scheme allows agents to operate independently under the Fine & Country brand, with access to its Park Lane office and international marketing platform.
The programme offers agents the flexibility of self-employment while providing access to the company’s systems, marketing tools, and global network. Operating under a bespoke sub-licence, participants retain autonomy over their business while leveraging Fine & Country’s support and infrastructure.
“Park Lane isn’t just a showroom,” said Gaven Swan, national business development manager at Fine & Country. “It’s a physical gateway into the luxury market — a place where our Partner Agents can meet clients, hold exhibitions, and demonstrate the scale and quality of the Fine & Country brand. We’ve designed this scheme to empower London’s best agents, not absorb them.”
Fine & Country says it is seeking a limited number of Partner Agents across Prime Central London, covering areas including Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill Gate, Belgravia, Kensington, Mayfair, Marylebone, and St John’s Wood, with varying commission-based structures available.
“Fine & Country’s Partner Agent Programme represents a unique model in London,” said Jonathan Handford, interim MD of Fine & Country. “It combines the freedom of self-employment with the credibility and international reach of a global luxury brand.”
“Our West London operations have already shown what a high-calibre, autonomous team can achieve, and we’re confident this programme will attract some of London’s very best agents who are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and client-focused,” he added.
