Estate agency network Fine & Country, has opened an office in Australia.

The new office marks Fine & Country’s expansion in the southern hemisphere, having already expanded across Europe, and into Asia and Africa.

Fine & Country Australia will be led by the fortuitously named Kevin Fine.

Fine and his team will specialise in the marketing and sale of prime residential properties in and around Sydney’s eastern suburbs, and have the intention of opening more Australian offices in the future, with a second office due to open shortly in the northern beaches.

Fine said: “I have always liked the Fine & Country brand – its look and feel, and what it stands for, what it can offer.

“It gives us and many other independent agents in Australia a welcomed alternative to a premium, global estate agency brand that will assist in listing and selling more high-end properties.”

Fine & Country, a spin-off of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents, is now operated from over 300 locations worldwide.
