Fine & Country network expands to cover a larger area of Yorkshire

Fine & Country is expanding to cover a larger area of Yorkshire an a venture that is being spearheaded by John Paul, CEO at the Castledene Group.

With one branch opening in Thirsk and another in Northallerton, the move will see the network operate across more territory across Yorkshire.

The Fine & Country brand will offer its services from established agency, James Winn Estate Agents, two well-respected branches with over 12 years worth of trading experience.

John Paul and the Castledene Group acquired the James Winn brand in December 2020 and is now looking to elevate their sales offerings for the upper-quartile of the market.

The James Winn Northallerton branch was closed to the public up until recently, when MP for Richmond (Yorks) and chancellor, Rishi Sunak, officially reopened the office for business in new and much larger premises.

Paul said: “We chose Fine & Country due to it’s prominence in the industry and the marketing power that the brand has. We could have gone with our own premium brand but why try to reinvent the wheel. We are very excited to serve the North Yorkshire region.”

Reflecting on the new license, Nicky Stevenson, managing director of Fine & Country UK, commented: “With Yorkshire’s premium price threshold growing year on year, this is a great time for John Paul and the James Winn brand to have come on board with Fine & Country. We are very pleased to have him attend our training session at Park Lane last month and we look forward to watching him, his team and his business grow.”
