Fine & Country recognised top-performing agents and offices at its annual conference and awards ceremony at The Belfry Hotel & Resort.
The event brought together property professionals from across the UK and overseas, with awards presented for performance over the past year. This year’s conference also marked the brand’s 25th anniversary.
Nicky Stevenson, managing director of Fine & Country, highlighted the importance of the annual gathering in bringing the global network together and reinforcing the brand’s shared commitment to excellence.
She commented: “Our Annual Conference is not only a celebration of achievement, but a powerful opportunity for our network to reconnect, share ideas and look ahead to the future of the premium property market. The calibre of professionals within Fine & Country continues to set the benchmark for service, innovation and results.”
The conference programme included speakers such as Matthew Syed, Patrick Dixon, Billy Harris and Helen Brocklebank.
The event concluded with the Fine & Country Property Awards 2025, where agents and offices across the network were recognised. Awards were presented across categories including marketing, sales, customer service and overall business performance.
Commenting on the achievements across the network, Stevenson added: “While reaching 25 years is a proud milestone, what truly sets Fine & Country apart is the pace and scale of our growth. In just a quarter of a century, the brand has expanded rapidly across the UK and internationally, resonating deeply with customers and property professionals alike. People feel genuinely passionate about Fine & Country, and that passion continues to drive our success.”
She also praised this year’s award winners: “We applaud the remarkable achievements of our agents and extend our heartfelt congratulations to this year’s winners. Their commitment to excellence strengthens the entire Fine & Country network, and we are proud to celebrate the outstanding results they have delivered for clients in the premium property sector over the past year.”
