Fine & Country launches new website that goes beyond bricks and mortar

Fine & Country has launched a new website. It features a range of new functions, including a lifestyle search feature.

House hunters are able to scan for properties through four key search options: equestrian, waterside, golf and new homes.

David Lindley, membership manager of Fine & Country, said: “Fine & Country recognises that buyers are not just looking for bricks and mortar. People want to invest in a lifestyle, and with our new website search options we make this possible.”

The new format connects Fine & Country’s international network of over 275 offices through a central database, facilitating buyer and seller referrals between each local estate agency.

Buyers and sellers are now also able to create an account with Fine & Country. This allows customers to receive regular communications, including national and international e-publications.

Customers with an account also have the ability to save properties and property searches, and receive property alerts from their chosen areas of interest.

Social media is incorporated into the new website with links to the Fine & Country Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube and Pinterest accounts.

And pity that F&C feel the need to contravene Copyright by publishing a photo without permission, despite being asked to remove it.
