Landmark Estate Agency Services, which is division of Landmark Information, has announced that 15 million plans have now been drawn on its floor plan drawing tool, Metropix.

The milestone plan was drawn this week by EweMove in Grantham on a four-bedroom house.

Metropix was first launched into the residential property industry in 2005 and since then has been embraced by estate agents and letting agents across the country.

The Metropix software enables residential property professionals to create 2D, and 3D floor plans. An added advantage of the service is PlanBank, which is an archive of all 15 million floor plans, which enables subscribers to access floor plan templates.

Steve Sanashee, customer relations manager of Landmark Estate Agency Services, said: “To have reached this significant milestone of 15 million floor plans being drawn on Metropix is nothing short of remarkable.

“Property agents have been relying on Metropix since 2005 to quickly and easily draw property floor plans, which are today considered a staple on property marketing brochures.”
