Staff at London estate agent TLC have donned Christmas jumpers, hats and even got their pets involved for a festive musical video effort.

All 25 members of staff and three dogs danced, swayed and mimed their way through Jose Feliciano’s 1970s Christmas song Feliz Navidad.

The merry tune starts in their branch and spills out into the streets of Earls Court.
