Federation of Independent Agents announces three new industry partners

The Federation of Independent Agents (FIA) has announced three new industry partnerships for its network of independent estate agents.

It has partnered with Gazeal, which aims to reduce fall-through rates.

‘I’ve been keeping a close eye on the reservation agreement space and in particular Gazeal for some time, we already have members of The FIA using the product who’ve seen a huge reduction in fall-through rates. It’s now part of their proposition to all clients and the benefits are very clear to see,” said Graham Lock, chief executive of FIA.

The second firm on board with FIA is Rayner personnel, the recruitment company.

“Rayner are the established name for estate agency recruitment and have been for some time now, I’ve known Josh Rayner & Russell Jervis for many years and they’ve impressed me with their knowledge and enthusiasm for the recruitment sector,” Lock continued.

Finally, Propalt, which automate sale and lettings marketing from one central platform uncovering UK listing and landlord opportunities are the third firm to partner with FIA.

Lock continued: “Propalt have quickly established their product in the market and although relatively new to the industry they are quickly making their mark. I’ve explored their platform extensively as has FIA non-executive director Simon Gates and the results have been very impressive. I believe their platform will continue to evolve even further and keep pace with our members’ needs over the coming years. The commercial partnership will enable our members to enjoy exclusive rates which really makes it a win-win.”

He added: “These latest partnerships add to our already impressive and carefully curated list of approved FIA suppliers as we continue to build our network proposition to high-performing independent agents across the UK. We have several more partnerships in the pipeline for 2025 and are looking forward to further enhancements across the board for our members.”
