Just over 18 months since launching father and son Lionel and Joe Stoll launched their estate agency business in West Hampstead under the Charles David Casson (CDC) banner, the pair have expanded into a new north London territory.

Following a successful first year of trading, the duo have launched in Stanmore under the brand, which is owned by Baldock brothers Matt and Neil.

Lionel Stoll has more than 40 years agency experience, including 25 years – primarily as an executive director, at Paramount in West Hampstead, NW London.

Hi son, Joe, also an experienced agent, commented: “Lionel and I are delighted to have launched our second territory 18 months after beginning our journey with Charles David Casson. Stanmore is strategically placed as it serves a lot of families who have moved to the area to upsize as well as younger professionals who prefer a suburb but still with a need to be able to commute while enjoying a ‘local buzz’.

“Stanmore being at one end of the A41 and West Hampstead/Queens Park being at the other also gives us the additional benefit of being able to serve landlords, buyers and sellers along this corridor. We are excited to help our local community.”

Matt Baldock added: “We’re keen for our Property Partners to have a real local knowledge of the areas they work in, ideally living locally. As Lionel had 30 years experience working in the West Hampstead/Queens Park area it made sense for them to start there, and as they live in the Stanmore area then having that as their next area was a no brainer.

“Their success so far is down to their incredible hard work, especially on the tough days, and that coupled with our systems and support is allowing them to build a life that they could only dream of when employed. We look forward to supporting them for many years to come.”
