Nested, the rapidly growing hybrid self-employed agency brand, has launched in Southampton.
The regional estate agency operation has been founded by local entrepreneur Chris Schutrups, who also owns The Mortgage Hut and local Italian restaurant Figurati.
Nested has already secured 15 new property listings in its first month of operation.
Schutrups said: “Southampton deserves an estate agency that puts customers first and leverages the best tools and strategies to deliver exceptional results,” said Schutrups.
“Our team is passionate about achieving the highest possible value for our vendors, and we’re thrilled to introduce this fresh approach to a traditional business model.”
Heading up that team is property veteran and local landlord David Bland.
He and colleagues will focus on leveraging social media and professional marketing services to maximise value for property vendors.
Schutrups added: “What sets Nested Southampton apart is our combination of local knowledge and cutting-edge technology.
“This is an estate agency powered by people, enabled by incredible technology.
“It’s about making the process easier, faster and more rewarding for everyone involved.”
Well done. Went to check propery available on nested. Page coming soon…

Thank you, Bless You.
We had to temporarily remove it last night due to a third-party tool we use for scraping the listings on that page being down. They’re working on a fix and expect it to be resolved by the end of the week

It seems there’s new estate agency business and more branches opening every day, each one of them offering something unique that will enhance the customer experience.
Let’s face it, estate agency isn’t complicated; build your brand, and employ good, well trained staff, and the rest will follow.
There are no true USP’s any more. I guess each new start up has to try and show how different they will be, but 99% of what they do will be pretty much the same as everyone else.
Or am I just getting too cynical!

Nope it is very simple really, people who pretend it isn’t are not normally that good at it in my experience.
