It has been a busy year at O’Riordan Bond in Northampton.
Going into the year with eight offices across Northampton and the surrounding area the estate agency has opened three more offices already – in Far Cotton, Abington East and Parklands – with a fourth set to open in early July in Duston North.
The company has grown from just under 50 employees to over 70 in this time with further growth plans in the months to come.
“We opened our first office almost thirty years ago and even though it appears we are swimming against the tide of consent that local offices do not make a difference – our experience says otherwise,” said Simon Bond, joint manging director at O’Riordan Bond.
“We will be 60% up for the first half of this year compared with last in a market that is just ten percent busier than last year – its our growth in commercial market share combined with a premium fee and high productivity levels that underpins our growth strategy,” he added.
O’Riordan Bond has 12 branches across Northampton and the surrounding area and claims to be selling in the region of 20% of all residential property in NN1 to NN7.
