Alexander & Co has announced the acquisition of Property Solutions in Buckingham and Zebra Properties in Dunstable.
These new acquisitions take the brand’s total number of acquisitions up to seven in the last two years.
Property Solutions, a Lettings only business, joined the Alexander & Co team in December 2021, while Zebra Properties, which covered both sales and lettings, was acquired in January 2022.
These acquisitions further strengthen the brand’s presence in the areas of Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.
With Property Solutions, director Claire Niesyto has joined the business, as has the entire Zebra Properties team. The Zebra Properties acquisition comes closely on the heels of the purchase of Dunstable agent Household’s Lettings portfolio and team in November 2020.
Property Solutions and Zebra Properties are well-respected in their areas, and their high levels of service match those of the Alexander & Co brand. Both acquisitions have already been filtered into Alexander & Co’s existing branches in Buckingham and Dunstable, with teams merging to become one.
Despite the pandemic, Alexander & Co has continued to make strategic acquisitions throughout this time, including Apple Homes in Buckingham in January 2021, and Macintyers in Brackley in February 2021, the latter further extending the brand’s geographical reach, taking the company into Northamptonshire.

The two latest acquisitions take Alexander & Co – along with partners Peter Ball & Co in Gloucestershire – to over 130 staff, with 4,000 properties across the region.
