Not a bad investment return for the Bruce family. Michael Bruce invested nearly everything he owned and has come away with tens of millions.

Looks like plenty of support from Axel Springer too. Not going to be buying shares unless prepared to inject more money into the business if needed.

Investment, or punt? And whose tens of millions has he come away with? There making money, and there’s taking money. He built nothing. He just took money from tens if not hundreds of thousands of people whose homes they either didn’t sell, or sold cheap. Anyone can make money if you don’t care about ripping people off. Look at PPI.

So you celebrate a good investment for the Bruce family, ignoring the many 10’s of thousands who footed the bill and are out of pocket.

And you demand balance?  You really are a piece of work duck face.

What’s an extra £1K when traditional agents are taking £3K on an average priced property and a lot more on the more expensive ones. Then have the cheek to have a minimum branch fee for the cheaper properties.

Pay anyway. Good odds if you ask me.

Sell with PB and save £2K. Don’t sell and lose £1K. That’s for an average priced property.

Cyberduck, sincere question: have you ever sold a property of your own; and if so was it above or below average property transaction price?

Has K.Bruce also sold his shares to Axel Springer – which makes up the 14.2% purchased?

Will this rescue by Axel lead to a swift cull of existing management?

Probably a prelude to taking it private.  Also this will give Axel Springer equal power to Neil Woodford who was previously largest shareholder.

Once they have gone private they restructure to their heart’s content while loading up the debt.

Congratulations Bruce Brothers. Surprised investors are so foolish to invest further in a dead horse, but we have to give the Bruce brothers credit for pulling off another cash deal to pad their bank accounts. US is dead, Aus is out, UK is losing people everyday, Canada is a 20 year old business only doing 20M business.  Do any of these investors do their due diligence?
