The Daily Express has urged its readers: “Ditch RIP OFF estate agents: This site lets you list property on Zoopla for less than £10.”
The story goes on: “The online agency offers a sales package of only £24.99 for a one-month minimum term, perfect for property owners looking to sell their homes or commercial properties cheaply.
“What’s more, this price is the highest the Manchester-based agency charges.
“The longer you list your property, the cheaper the contract.
“You can even list your house for £9.99 per month – although this is for a minimum 12-month contract.
“A three-month contract costs £19.99 per month and it is £14.99 for a six-month contract.
“You do have to create your own listing – however, the agency promises to check for spelling mistakes.”
Kae Travis is the founder of MoveSelf, which charges £24.99 “based on selling your property within the first month”.
We reported last year (link below) on an online letting agent offering free listings on Rightmove and Zoopla.
Yesterday, the offer was still there.

Anyone who offers me a 12 month contract to sell my house will never get the job!

Bet that’ll please those that stuck with Zoopla instead of jumping ship to OTM!

From their frankly woeful website:
“Create your listing entirely by yourself”
NO visit from the company appears to be necessary – although it states that if you pay more, they will do more.
That’s FSBO, innit? – pure and simple.
OI… Zoopla at WHAT POINT, exactly, do you intend to

Yes, you certainly would be selling your property cheaply. With no agent selling, advising and negotiating the sale, buyers will be getting themselves a bargain!

BUT… the “Agency” apparently has no presence on either RM or Z – despite the claim on their website to the contrary.
Surely Rightmove and Zoopla should want any hint of association with this “Agent” removed?
And where’s the @ASA_UK when false advertising is screaming at them for an informal resolution…
