High profile agency secures another acquisition

Finders Keepers, which has offices across Oxfordshire, has acquired Flowers Estate Agents in Woodstock bringing their total number of branches to nine.

The letting team at Flowers Estate Agents, which was founded ten years ago by Simon Flowers, has joined the Finders Keepers network, which was established in 1972. Lettings will continue to operate from the existing site in Woodstock under the branding of Finders Keepers, and the sales will continue to operate as Flowers Estate Agents.

Managing director Paul Rushworth commented, “We are confident that our acquisition of Flowers Estate Agents will strengthen the service we offer, as well as our reach, across Oxfordshire.

“This acquisition will not only increase our presence as Oxfordshire’s leading residential letting agent but will further strengthen our position in sales with both Inspired Sales and Flowers Estate Agents forming a part of the overall Finders Keepers group. We very much look forward to welcoming the Flowers team into the Finders Keepers family.”

Senior office manager, Stacey Mole, will oversee the lettings side of the Woodstock office.

Currently managing the Witney office, Mole has decades of property experience, and excellent knowledge of West Oxfordshire.

She said: “We have always wanted to have a presence in Woodstock. It’s a beautiful town which is going from strength to strength and offers a great opportunity for investors and is always popular with renters. We are looking forward to working with the team in Woodstock and providing the area with our expert letting and property management service.”

Flowers commented: “Flowers’ has always been totally focused on providing every client with an individual and exceptionally high level of personal service underwritten by unrivalled local knowledge. I am delighted to have found new owners who not only have a great long-term reputation in Oxfordshire, but who share our approach to high-quality service. I feel confident that our customers will continue to receive the same level of care and attention within Finders Keepers whilst benefiting from their enhanced network across the county.”

He added: “I am excited by this change and very much look forward to continuing in a new consultancy role with Flowers’ and Finders Keepers. With 40 years’ experience in Oxfordshire, 25 years of it in Woodstock, I have built up a local client base and extensive personal knowledge of the local market. We will make this a seamless transition, business as usual. I look forward to continuing my rounds in Woodstock, meeting with existing and future clients and enjoying all that this wonderful town has to offer with its unique blend of properties.”
