Charters Group has acquired Manns & Manns Lettings Portfolio in Bursledon, Southampton, to further enhance its letting portfolio.

This acquisition brings Charters’ number of managed properties to circa 2,700, and they are actively seeking to invest in other portfolios as part of their letting expansion strategy.
