Expanding agency chain signals plans for further acquisitions

Pattinson Estate Agency, headquartered just outside of Newcastle, has announced plans for further growth and acquisitions across the North East of England.

Over the last six months, the family-owned estate agency has acquired Ryedales in Cramlington, Browns in Norton and NS Bennetts in Stanley.

These strategic acquisitions have increased the Pattinson branch network to 28 and Keith Pattinson, chairman and founder of the business, is keen to keep up with the growth momentum.

“We are actively seeking further opportunities to acquire or take over other estate agencies and related businesses,” he said.

“Our acquisition strategy is designed to integrate seamlessly, ensuring continuity and growth for the businesses we take on. We are committed to retaining the existing stock, staff and even the owners if they wish to continue their involvement working day to day in the business.”

Justin Beckwith, group managing director, commented: “Our expansion reflects our commitment to enhancing our service offerings and market presence, and we invite estate agency owners interested in exploring acquisition opportunities to contact us and learn more about the process and the benefits.

“We endeavour to offer a seamless integration process, ensuring continuity and stability for all involved in the businesses acquired.”
