eXp UK to host networking event for agents in October

eXp UK has announced that it will be hosting its next ‘Lunch and Learn Estate Agent’ networking event next month.

The October event will see two speakers, Nick Hyde, who is behind Live Financial, and Elaine Penhaul, who is involved with Lemon & Lime Interiors, share their strategic insights to achieving business success.

Penhaul will take centre stage to unveil the impact of professional home staging on property prices, while Hyde will aim to demystify the complexities of foreign exchange, revealing practical tactics to save international property buyers money while navigating international transactions.

The Lunch & Learn Estate Agent networking events offer eXp UK agents an opportunity to connect with fellow property professionals.

What happens when clients call you working at exp? Does it redirect to your mobile or do they handle all your calls?

This is an excellent idea. A great way for Estate Agents to collaborate and share best practices. This is how it should be. I know Elaine will offer some great advice and knowledge. Home staging is an essential part of an estate agent’s role to make sure the property looks its best, help attract more buyers and maximise the sale price. I don’t know Nick, but I am sure he has some valuable information to share. Improving our knowledge and skills is the best way to raise standards in the industry and justify a professional fee. Would be great to see more events like this.
