
eXp UK has recognised top performers in UK estate agency at its Christmas Awards Night, held last Thursday at London’s Dorchester Hotel.
The event brought together more than 450 guests from across the country.
Hosted by comedian Jimmy Carr and joined on stage by two-time gold medal-winning cyclist and eXp UK ambassador for 2026, Victoria Pendleton, the evening highlighted achievements across the eXp UK network as more agents adopt the self-employed model.
Melanie Attwater was awarded for the Highest Average Fee, while Mark Buchanan received the award for Highest Gross Commission.
Georgina Hambly won two awards — Most Agents Sponsored and Team Player.
Ben Moore received Best Marketeer for his consumer-facing campaigns, and Samantha Cerrone was named Agents’ Agent of the Year.
The Breakthrough Award went to Marc Cox, while Mark Bentley received Special Recognition for his long-standing contribution to eXp and the industry.
Adam Fisher won Best Video, and Michael Brownsett was named Best Newcomer.
Footprints was awarded Team of the Year, and James Hughes took the top honour of Agent of the Year.
