
eXp UK has struck an agreement that offers self-employed agents signed up to its brand access to the Goodlord platform.
Goodlord, which claims to have a client portfolio of over 3,000 agency brands, and a tech offering that has seen investment to the tune of £54m, provides agents with an way to manage the lettings process, automating the drafting and signing tenancy agreements, referencing and Right to Rent Checks.
Goodlord also includes a range of features, such as open banking and HMRC integration, allowing agents to manage all of their properties in one place, whilst also ensuring they remain water tight from a compliance perspective.
