eXp UK has announced the continued expansion of its global parent organisation’s luxury estate agency program, eXp Luxury, into the international markets of the United Kingdom, as well as Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
Having built 1,100 members and counting across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico over the last fifteen months, eXp Luxury continues its exponential growth trajectory. The program made its debut in the USA in October 2022, followed by a launch in Canada in September 2023 and most recently, it extended its reach to Puerto Rico, further expanding its presence.
The success of eXp Luxury has paved the way for this launch into new international territories, providing eXp Realty Luxury agents access to fresh investment opportunities.

Nope – but actually, you gave me a great opportunity to name a few of the 500 eXp agents who are killing it and those like you and Jan who make petty comments do not know what is coming your way – eXp is built on rock foundations, not transient sands, and your comments really do highlight your own ignorance in what is happening in the UK estate agency field.
So many top agents have left the corporate world and have now set up as self-employed agents, and folk like you harp on about being ‘bedroom estate agents’, ‘coffee shop estate agents’,…you have not looked under the car bonnet.
These are actually the TOP agents in a multitude of companies who have now seen a vehicle to start their own business and are the totally creme of the EA crop – and you and your girlferiend Jan make petty comments.
