Ex-Foxtons managers open first office a year after launching their own estate agency

L-R: Tim Pacey, Christian Dickson, and Louis Wingent

Three estates agents who left Foxtons last year, having worked together at the London-based firm, have launched their first branch, almost a year after setting-up their own estate agency.

Tim Pacey, Christian Dickson, and Louis Wingent left Foxtons last year to start their own estate agency in Surrey.

Pacey and Dickenson were operations directors with 17 years tenure each, while Wingent was a lettings manager at Foxtons for almost eight years.

The independent estate agency has now opened its first branch in Bookham, Surrey. The company, which will specialise in sales, lettings, property management and auctions, offers a brokerage model aimed at experienced agents seeking self-employment.

Wingent commented: “Pacey Wingent Dickson has already made a significant impact in the property market. After a successful first year, the agency has opened its first front-office branch on the high street in Bookham, Surrey, near Leatherhead.”

“The new Bookham office marks an exciting step forward, providing a local hub for buyers, sellers, and renters,” he added.
