EweMove adopts new software system across all its branches

EweMove has today announced that it is switching its software platform across all its 170 branches.

The hybrid agency has signed up to a new cloud-based operations system operated by Openview, powered by VTUK.

Nick Neill, MD of EweMove said: “When EweMove started its journey, setting out to deliver outstanding customer service combined with enhanced franchisee earning potential, there were no industry platforms available that could support the innovative processes that we had designed, so we built our own internally.

“Significant sustained growth over the last two years has put EweMove on course to double in size and fuelled an ambition to grow substantially further. That has led us to envisage an operating platform which is more digitally-enabled and functionally rich.”

Ewemove will work with VTUK to further develop and tailor the Openview system to suit the agency’s needs, supporting franchisees in the process.

VTUK’s managing director, Peter Grant, said “EweMove is known as a very contemporary, innovative brand, majoring on first class customer service and we feel that this is a perfect cultural fit with our own ethos.

“Openview is a total, fully functioning, solution today, yet remains subject to continued and ongoing development. The aim being to ensure that the delivery of our Manage, Engage & Automate functionality is able to exploit ever-advancing technologies and help build long-term relationships with our clients. Working hand in glove with exceptional businesses such as EweMove helps us to keep the product at the front of the tech curve.”

Adam Rackham, operations director at Openview, added: “There are lots of PropTechs and property CRMs that have emerged over the past two to three years, however, when people experience the power of our automation and the functionality we have within our single data CRM, as standard, they soon realise the outstanding benefits.”
