‘Every estate agent should offer lettings’, says industry consultant and trainer

A new consultancy and training service aimed at estate agents has been launched with view to helping agents across the UK grow their lettings operations.

The new business has been launched by Toby Martin who has 13 years agency experience.

According to Martin, his consultancy will aim to focus on helping companies stand out in a crowded marketplace through “innovative marketing strategies, superior customer service, and practical, actionable advice”.

“Estate agency is a fiercely competitive industry, and so many businesses end up looking and sounding exactly the same,” he said. “My mission is simple: to make your business memorable. Every agency’s team is its strongest asset, so it’s time to embrace sharing your personality in your marketing and self-promotion. This builds stronger client relationships and sets you apart from the competition.”

Toby Martin Consultancy and Training offers a range of services, including consultancy, training programs, and fractional lettings director service.

Martin’s industry credentials include his role as a regional executive with ARLA Propertymark, trustee of The Propertymark Trust, and co-founder of the PropX industry event, which has raised over £40,000 for charity.

“Every estate agent should offer lettings,” Martin added. “Not only does it bring in additional business opportunities and a recurring income stream, but it also adds significant value to your company. If you’re ready to grow your business and stand out from the crowd, let’s talk!”
