Here’s a touch of the paranormal: a video that should brighten your morning – estate agents going round a house where there is an active poltergeist chucking things around, opening and closing doors and turning taps on and off.

The agents are well and truly spooked, particularly the highly-strung one in the parka.

Of course, it’s all a hoax. Well, ghosts aren’t real – are they?

In fact, it’s a particularly funny trailer for a Sky Living series on a haunting in Enfield, north London.
