A new estate agency has opened to serve Bournemouth and Poole.

Hardwick Estate Agents, founded by David Hardwick, is aiming to quickly establish a presence in the local market after launching this month.

The online estate agency is being run by David Hardwick who has worked in the industry for almost 23 years.

Hardwick, until recently, was divisional sales director at Goadsby, an independent estate agency covering the South of England. He spent 22 years and nine months at the company before leaving the firm earlier this month with a view to setting up his own business.

He said: “As a small independent business, I’m able to give focus and continuity to clients.

“My ethos has always been to be at the heart of the client’s journey from start to finish. Whether the successful result is a house sale or purchase, it all comes from that strong relationship with the client.

“We live in a geographically desirable part of the south coast with its wonderful beaches and amenities.

“With this growth and demand, I’m confident that my brand of service, experience, and attention to detail will unlock new opportunities for people wishing to buy and sell homes in the area.”

“As a compact business, I adapt to changing markets and the needs of clients.

“Responding to questions quickly and effectively is incredibly satisfying.

“I also provide a 10-step strategy in all my valuation packs to help clients maximise their property and present it in the best possible light.

“I also recognise that the property market continues to evolve and today’s digitally driven marketplace requires an agent to have expertise in online marketing.”

“I’m beyond excited with the new business and relishing the opportunity to meet new clients and reconnect with past ones.”
