Davidsons Estates has reopened its head office in Birmingham for the first time since the start of the Covid pandemic.
The estate agency, which focuses on the city’s mid to high-end property market, has reopened its head office in Edgbaston after a two-year break due to Covid.
The company will mark the relaunch of its head office at 14a Frederick Road with a series of open days on every Thursday throughout February from 8am to 7pm.
Guests will enjoy champagne and canapes at the open days, plus anyone that attends will benefit from a 25% discount of sales fees.
The reopening has been timed to coincide with the launch of the agency’s new marketing offer for vendors which includes new property technology.
The office at 14a Frederick Road has been refurbished with new window displays and signage.
The office relaunch and marketing activity come as Davidson Estates revealed it has more than doubled in size in the last 12 months, with several more staff currently being recruited.
They have all been working from the firm’s city centre branch office at Unit 2 in Liberty Place, Sheepcote Street since March 2020.
Ben Davidson, the founder and director of Davidson Estates, said: “We haven’t been in the head office for two years since the pandemic started, but have still seen massive growth via our city centre branch office on Sheepcote Street.
“Meanwhile, we’ve taken the opportunity to invest in a plush refurbishment of 14a Frederick Road and this is now ready to re-open as our head office to serve vendors in and around Edgbaston.
“I’ll be personally heading this branch and it will be used primarily for mid- to high-end residential sales and lettings, as well being a hub for our new homes department.
“We’ve carefully timed the reopening to bring the marketplace’s attention to our huge new investments in marketing tools which mean that both sales and lettings clients will be receiving an even better service.”
The enhanced marketing offer from Davidson Estates follows investment in Spectre, an instruction generation tool, a new Giraffe 360 camera specially designed for property photography, virtual tours and 2D/3D floor plans, and top web platforms for sales and lettings.
Davidson added: “The Spectre tool puts a magnifying glass to the sale and rental markets, giving us access to market data that helps both buyers and sellers, while the new Giraffe 360 camera means we can provide floorplans, virtual tours and premium quality photography in moments.
“These new tools will then benefit from the top web platforms we are now using for sales and lettings which mean that transactions are safer, ID is professionally verified, and the processes are streamlined.”
Why though? Every other agent has remained open just fine? Odd.
