Estate agency opens first high street office after two years trading

Landstones, which has operated out of a serviced office in Earls Court since launching just over two years ago, has opened its first high street branch in Notting Hill, west London, which will cover the local area.

The company, which was formed in early 2020, just a few weeks before the first national lockdown, as coronavirus surged through the UK, is currently looking to hire an experienced agent to manage the new office.

Landstones director Elliott Dumay, who will now be based in the Notting Hill office with his business partner, Martyn Green, said: “Having started the company just a few weeks before the Covid-19 pandemic, this new office represents two years of hard work whilst being a milestone for the company.

“This is part of our continued growth strategy and will increase our presence in west London.”

Dumay told EYE that the firm plans to open two more branches over the next three years, in addition to the new Notting Hill base and serviced office in Earls Court, which remains operational.

“Our next openings will be South Kensington and then Parsons Green,” he said.

“Our medium-term plan is to have four offices by 2025,” Dumay continued. “We started the business in a serviced office in Earls Court covering most SW postcodes although W2, W8 and W11 were just a bit too far out so it was natural to open our second real office in prime Notting Hill to better service our clients with properties in the north of RBKC.”

“Needless to say, that so far the journey has been nothing short of incredible with better things coming, stay tuned!”
