Fine & Country has doubled the audience for its YouTube channel over the past year, surpassing 200,000 subscribers.

The estate agency network reached the milestone 12 months after passing 100,000 subscribers, with its channel generating more than nine million views, almost 300,000 hours of watch time and 74.3 million impressions during that period.

Fine & Country said growth had been driven by its Luxury Home Tour Series, which showcases high-end properties from across its network to audiences around the world.

Sophie Davies, head of social media and content at Fine & Country, said: “Reaching 200,000 subscribers in just a year is a fantastic achievement and reflects the strength of our video-first approach.

“By bringing extraordinary homes and the expertise of our network to audiences around the world, we continue to inspire buyers, sellers and property enthusiasts while strengthening the Fine & Country brand on a global scale.”

Davies said the milestone reflected the work of the company’s content team, presenters, videographers and agents, adding that the continued growth of the channel demonstrated that high-quality video had become an increasingly important part of marketing premium property.

Emilie Despois, chief marketing officer at Fine & Country, said the figures highlighted the growing importance of video in the luxury housing market.

She said: “To double our YouTube audience in just 12 months is an exceptional achievement and highlights the growing influence of video within the luxury property sector.

“As our audience continues to grow, so too does the opportunity to extend the reach of our network, build meaningful partnerships with premium brands and further enhance the visibility of the exceptional properties our agents represent.”

The company said it planned to continue expanding its video content to support the marketing of luxury homes across its global network.
