Regal Estates is marking its first year in business by launching a competition offering a £500 stay at one of The NICI Hotels.
The independent estate agency, based on Market Street in Eastleigh, said the giveaway is intended to thank customers and local residents for their support since the business opened last year.
The prize can be redeemed at The NICI’s hotels in Bournemouth, Newquay or the New Forest.
In a statement, the agency said: “We built Regal Estates on the back of 20 years of our own experience in the shoes of the buyer and seller.
