Estate agency launches new podcast

Chartwell Noble has announced the launch of their new eight-part podcast (or Vlogcast) series, ‘Along the Towpath’.

This new series will see the Midlands based estate agency in conversation with a range of property industry specialists throughout the year as they meander alongside a local canal.

From PropTech pioneers to leading estate agents, they will be delving into their vision for the industry, the issues that matter most to them and their enduring passion for property.

The first episode, which is available now, features Ross D’Aniello of Chartwell Noble in discussion with David Lindley, co-founder of By Design. Together they discussed Lindley’s career journey from being CEO at Fine & Country to founding By Design.

Other interesting topics include the industry’s shift towards self-employment models, the frustrations of traditional agency structures, the best approach to market expansion, the importance of personalised service in the premium market, the challenges of managing high street offices, technology innovation D’Aniello and Lindley then concluded with reflections on the evolving landscape of estate agency.

Future episodes will feature insights from leading industry figures such as Claire Yates, Heather Staff, Simon Gates and Simon Leadbetter, who will share their unique perspectives on where the industry is heading and how innovation is shaping the future of property as well as airing some controversial opinions!
