The Good Estate Agent has announced a new phase of its UK expansion with the introduction of a Regional Master Franchise model.
The new structure will be formally launched at The Franchise Show at the NEC Birmingham on Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th October.
As part of the rollout, the company is finalising an agreement for its first regional franchise covering Scotland, with a dedicated master franchisee set to oversee operations in that area.
The model allows franchisees to acquire exclusive rights to a county or region, with the option to take on a hands-on operational role or act as a strategic investor. Regional partners will be responsible for recruiting and supporting a local network of franchisees and self-employed agents within their territory.
The arrangement includes revenue from franchise sales, monthly service fees, and a share of sales and lettings commissions generated in the assigned area.
Rob Bryer, founder and CEO of The Good Estate Agent, said: “We have proven that our local, franchisee-led model works exceptionally well. The natural next step is to empower leaders who can build and nurture entire regions, bringing our person-centric approach to every corner of the UK.
“Launching our Regional Partner opportunity is a pivotal moment for us. To be finalising terms for Scotland right out of the gate demonstrates the incredible demand for a business of this scale.
“We are not just selling a franchise; we are offering a blueprint for building a significant, multi-million-pound property enterprise.”
Representatives from The Good Estate Agent will be available to discuss the new franchise opportunity in detail at The Franchise Show, held this Friday and Saturday at the NEC Birmingham.
