Major agency franchise network expands after completing acquisition

Edward Rose Property Group, a franchise partner of Your Move, is expanding its business through a lettings acquisition with the purchase of Team 2 Property Management, an established business serving the local Torquay and Torbay area.

The purchase will see a lettings portfolio of over 560 landlords, previously with Team 2 Estate Agents, join the Edward Rose Property Group’s Your Move network expanding its coverage across Devon.
The Edward Rose Property Group currently operates on the South West and South Coast with six Your Move branches.
The move forms part of LSL Estate Agency Franchising’s ambitious growth plans, that see it investing in its existing franchisees to grow market share and expand into new territories.
On the acquisition, Hannah Gretton, LSL Estate Agency Franchising Director, said: “We are delighted to have completed on the purchase of Team 2 to expand Edward Rose Property Group’s footprint.

LSL Estate Agency Franchising has completed 45 acquisitions to date.

    Interesting to see Your Move growing again via franchise expansion. Franchise & “personal agent” seem to be growing nationally.
