Estate agency expands auctions arm with new dedicated office

Bradley Hall’s new office on Grey Steet

Bradley Hall, which operates 11 estate agency branches across the UK, has opened a new office in central Newcastle dedicated to its expanding auctions division.

The firm’s auctions department, led by director Helen Wall, was launched last April to support clients nationwide buying and selling through an online auction portal.

The additional space on Grey Street, NE1, is intended to facilitate further team growth, with a number of roles currently being advertised, according to the company.

Wall said: “We have made the strategic decision to expand our Auctions operation with a new space in our Newcastle Head Office. As well as allowing us to work closer with our colleagues in Commercial Agency, Valuations and Building Surveying, the new office means we have more room to expand the department.

“Demand for Auction properties has increased significantly since we launched last April, and we have recently supported national clients including insolvency practitioners, retiring landlords and a range of corporate clients. In order to continue to offer our best-in-class service, we are recruiting for further Auctions team members to allow us to continue our national reach.

“Our partner agents programme is also growing, and we are now working with a number of estate agencies across the country to offer their clients an Auction service without compromising on their capacity or expensive overheads.

“Our new office space will allow us to continue to support our existing clients, and welcome additional clients across the UK to our online bidding platform, with the help of new team members.”

Bradley Hall, which was founded in 1988, recently announced the continued expansion of its operations across the UK, with growing teams and activity in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Oxfordshire and Edinburgh.

Alongside this growth, Bradley Hall is also looking to speak to partner agents to offer its auctions services to clients of estate agents across the UK, providing full admin, marketing and bidding support without the overheads.

As part of this expansion, Bradley Hall is looking to work closely with local media partners, business networks, estate agencies and organisations to establish strong regional relationships and support sustainable, long-term growth within each local market.

Cassie Moyse, group marketing director at Bradley Hall, said: “We have seen first-hand how strong partnerships can create lasting value and business opportunities.

“We’ve forged great relationships with other local businesses in the North East and Yorkshire, setting up industry events or bringing PR opportunities to life which added value for all parties involved.”

“I’m looking to partner with established businesses and organisations with a good network within their business community,” he added. “Collaboration works well when each party brings something different to the table, and I am looking forward to discussing ideas and creating new partnerships across the UK.”
