UK estate agency recruitment specialists VA Central will be hosting Terry Robinson, director of Fine & Country Banbury, in an exclusive masterclass later this month.
The live webinar, to be held at 10am on Wednesday 26th June, is designed to help estate agents win more appraisals, differentiate their service offering and highlight the benefits that justify a higher fee.
With UK estate agents charging on average just over 1% commission, Robison believes that many people working in the industry are being grossly underpaid for the services they provide.
So, how can estate agents master the art of winning instructions while doubling their fee?
Robinson, who has longed operated his own estate agency business, claims to have the answer, which he will share in the webinar later this month.
But Robinson is not willing to share his views and opinions for free. There will be a cost of £99 per agent.
